Pasta Primavera: American Style

What you will need:

  • 2 lbs. frozen spinach tortellini
  • 4 chicken sausages
  • 3 cups English peas
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan

 

  1. Cook sausage as directed.
  2. Boil 3 cups of water and add pasta. Reduce to simmer and cook for 3 mins.
  3. Brown garlic and half of your butter in a small pan for about 1 minute. Add peas and cook until soft, about 3 or 4 minutes.
  4. Crumble sausage.
  5. Drain tortellini and toss it with the sausage, peas, parmesan cheese, and the remaining butter. Serve immediately.
