What you will need:
- 2 lbs. frozen spinach tortellini
- 4 chicken sausages
- 3 cups English peas
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- Cook sausage as directed.
- Boil 3 cups of water and add pasta. Reduce to simmer and cook for 3 mins.
- Brown garlic and half of your butter in a small pan for about 1 minute. Add peas and cook until soft, about 3 or 4 minutes.
- Crumble sausage.
- Drain tortellini and toss it with the sausage, peas, parmesan cheese, and the remaining butter. Serve immediately.
